Who you are

You know that good design is critical in creating impactful work, and you’ve got a portfolio that demonstrates it. You’re detail oriented with an exceptional eye for design. You’re also a great communicator – capable of, and comfortable with, presenting and explaining your work to project teammates in a clear manner. You have experience working as a freelancer which enables you to be flexible with the ebbs and flows of custom projects. When it comes to your work, you’re a self-starter who’s able to work independently, you search out answers to your questions, and you execute with exceptional quality.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with a Lead Designer and having open communication and weekly check-ins with them and additional project team members
  • Maintaining consistent design standards in all work
  • Implementing revisions to your visual design based on constructive feedback from other project team members and considering how those revisions may impact the entire project
  • Managing your time in order to meet project milestones and deadlines for your projects
  • Taking ownership of your tasks and keeping the project team updated on progress through proactive communication

  • A digital portfolio showcasing solid design skills and passion for design
  • Proven experience in the design field
  • Versatile design capabilities
  • A strong design sense around branding, interaction, and user needs
  • Basic understanding about user experience best practices and user-centered design
  • Ability to follow a given design direction and work in a collaborative team environment
  • Work effectively with internal team members and clients
  • Possess a strong attention to detail
  • Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-grade tools
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn from others
  • Excellent time-management and communication skills
  • An average of 10-hour a week availability when active on projects
  • Availability during EST business hours preferred
  • Prior agency experience is a plus
