Who you are

You’re a digital marketer with experience setting up, managing, and reporting on automated campaigns. Years of experience aren’t as relevant to us as the knowledge you possess and willingness to roll up your sleeves. You’re detail oriented, love to experiment, and enjoy team collaboration. What you’ll be doing on the Marketing team

Marketing automation responsibilities

While we have some processes in place to automate our marketing tactics, such as email, we are looking for someone to help evolve our current methods and take ownership of the daily management of our platforms. Experience with a specific CRM is not required, but knowledge of Hubspot would give this candidate a jumpstart. We’re looking for someone who understands how to capitalize on marketing tools along the customer journey to help generate the highest quality of leads. We are exploring new digital tactics as well, and would look for this person to be part of the team that’s researching, trying new things, and measuring results.

  • Collaborates with Director of Marketing and Director of Content + Community on strategies and KPIs
  • Executes email marketing components of campaigns including setting up forms, lists, and workflows, creating emails, and scheduling email campaigns in Hubspot
  • Understands how to add, adjust, and optimize content on Wordpress platform
  • Maintains and optimizes contact and property management in Hubspot, including importing and exporting contacts and property data from external systems
  • Regularly runs A/B tests, measures, and optimizes for outbound tactics to generate the highest-quality and a high volume of leads
  • Uses online project management and communication tools like Wrike, Google Suite, Slack

Data analyst responsibilities

We’re looking for someone to help us build and run an analytics system from the ground up. You should have a good understanding of standard analytics solutions (like Google Analytics, Hubspot is a plus), and a willingness to learn new systems as we expand our marketing efforts. You have a love of problem solving and tinkering to find the best solution. 

In collaboration with Director of Marketing and the Director of Content + Community, help establish and activate an analytics reporting process, including:

  • Helping to identify the most meaningful metrics
  • Deriving actionable insights and optimization opportunities from our data
  • Establishing KPIs for our digital tactics

Talents we’re looking for

  • Knowledge of email campaign automation, managing and maintaining quality data, and testing audiences and content
