What you’ll be doing on the Marketing Team

You’ll support the day-to-day operations of all Maestro marketing efforts and Maestro’s off-the-shelf course products. With guidance from the Program Manager responsible for these high priority initiatives, you’ll be creating and managing timelines, tracking asset production, and scheduling resources. You’ll collaborate with the Program Manager, marketing leads, designers, writers, and engineers to take projects from start to finish.

On the marketing side, you’ll help manage production of the Maestro website, community content, ad campaigns, email marketing campaigns, speaking sessions, and other tactics.

For Maestro’s off-the-shelf courses, you’ll help manage the production of learning courses and coordinate with marketplace vendors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects 
  • Leading the hours estimation process to understand work effort for project tasks
  • Developing project plans using templates in our project management tool, Wrike
  • Resourcing the project team, including writers, designers, engineers, and QA specialists
  • Supporting the project team by ensuring they have the information, resources, and time to complete their tasks, and problem solving to remove any barriers
  • Responding and tracking inquiries from third party publishers
  • Organizing and documenting project inputs and details 
  • Completing deliverable reviews and coordinating delivery
  • Supporting and reporting to the Program Manager

Talents we’re looking for

  • At least one year of professional experience managing internal or external projects
  • Past experience managing marketing projects a plus
  • Passion for project management and desire to grow under an experienced mentor
  • Experience in a team setting, working collaboratively with others
  • Well organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Stellar communication skills 
  • Collaborative
