This two-hour training course is designed in compliance with California’s SB 1343 and SB 396. It presents a proactive approach to sexual harassment prevention by centering on compassion, mutual respect, and equity. The course uses interactive scenarios, relevant case law, and plain language to educate supervisors.

In addition to the information that employees learn, supervisors will learn about the complaint and reporting processes and how to correct harassing behavior. They’ll understand personal and employer responsibility in harassment cases and what must be done if a supervisor is accused of harassment. The course culminates in a 10-question assessment.
