Separate training programs exist to satisfy training requirements in New York and California.

Your team will learn the meaning of sexual harassment and types of conduct that are considered harassment. They’ll also discover strategies to prevent sexual harassment and remedies that are available for targets. They’ll understand supervisors’ obligation to report sexual harassment and how employers should correct it. The course culminates in a 10-question assessment.
