Virtual brainstorms come with a unique set of challenges, and it takes proper preparation to get them right. There are plenty of ways to host a virtual brainstorm—are you making the most of yours? Brainstorming is too important to be left to chance, and that’s why we’ve created two free templates to help guide your efforts.
A better brainstorm is brewing
We’ve created step-by-step, fully customizable brainstorming templates for two of our favorite tools: Google Slides and Figma’s online whiteboard, FigJam. Our FigJam template shows how we use the tool to facilitate creative virtual brainstorming sessions, complete with brainstorming rules, prompts, and a sample project brief. Our Google Slides brainstorming template uses a sample learning project to pre-populate the slides with a project brief and activity prompts—all you have to do is replace the sample content with your own project details.
The templates include:
- Instructions for how to use both tools
- Sample project brief
- Brainstorming rules
- Brainstorming activities and prompts
- Next steps for post-brainstorm
