What you’ll be doing on the Media team

As a Senior Producer on our Media Team, you’ll oversee live video production, 2D/3D animation, and photo shoots for multiple clients. From pre-production to project completion, you’ll lead every stage of the process with precision and creativity. This hybrid remote/office role requires occasional local travel for productions and meetings.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with the media team throughout project lifecycles
Developing timelines and ensuring milestones are achieved
Managing project finances, staffing hours, and budgets
Leading production workflow optimization and implementing best practices
Evaluating creative ideas for feasibility within budget and timeline constraints
Partnering with the creative team to bring concepts to life
Managing client budgets and workflows effectively
Overseeing contractor and talent contracts with renegotiations, as needed

Talents we’re looking for

4+ years of experience in a creative agency or equivalent setting
A proven track record of delivering compelling creative on time and within budget
Experience managing content budgets to help balance creative risk and business results
An ability to shepherd projects from concept to delivery
A positive attitude and eagerness to collaborate with a complete project team
Bonus if you love both creative and technical writing, especially if you have experience with script writing
