Learn the anatomical structure and biomechanics of the shoulder and be able to recognize its common pathologies.

The shoulder is an engineering triumph. It performs countless demanding daily tasks over a lifetime. Its amazing range of motion allows up to 180 degrees of movement in some directions. However, the shoulder is also relatively unstable and is susceptible to injuries that can result from simple, everyday activities.

In this 30-minute course, your team will learn about the structure and function of the shoulder as well as anatomical positions and planes, medical terms, anatomical features, and kinematics as they relate to the shoulder. The course culminates in a 10-question assessment.
