Twitter Flight School helps agency creatives earn their wings and soar to social-media success

Twitter is the top platform for people to engage with brands on social media. For creative agencies and the brands they represent, Twitter is a huge opportunity to reach key audiences and drive success. Although Twitter had a robust advertising tool to support brands on the platform, it didn’t have a dedicated training program to help them make the most of it. That left many agency creatives struggling to successfully implement social-media and advertising strategies, and it left Twitter sales reps to field one-off questions about the ins and outs of the platform.

Enter Twitter Flight School, a scalable learning experience for creative agencies looking to make an impact on the platform. From the very first meeting, we partnered with Twitter to cast the vision for a learning experience that would not just deliver information but also certify learners for success.

Twitter Flight School allows agencies and individuals to earn recognition and gain credibility by learning exactly how to use Twitter to improve revenue growth. Taking a page from Twitter’s brand playbook, we built a frictionless user interface that mirrors the look and feel of Twitter itself. Users log in to the platform using their Twitter credentials, follow personalized learning paths based on their roles, and interact with unique course curricula, interactive experiences, and case studies to earn their Flight School wings. We built the entire experience from scratch, and we must’ve done something right—Twitter has iterated on it ever since, resulting in a full-fledged learning ecosystem for creative agencies.
