New York Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

This one-hour training course is designed in compliance with New York City Local Law 96 and Section 201-g of the New York State Labor Law. It presents a proactive approach to sexual harassment prevention by centering on compassion, mutual respect, and equity. The course uses interactive scenarios and plain language to educate supervisors and employees. 

Your team will learn the meaning of sexual harassment and types of behavior that are considered sexual harassment. They’ll also discover strategies to prevent sexual harassment, remedies that are available for targets, and supervisors’ obligation to report sexual harassment. The course culminates in a 10-question assessment.

California Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors

This two-hour training course is designed in compliance with California’s SB 1343 and SB 396. It presents a proactive approach to sexual harassment prevention by centering on compassion, mutual respect, and equity. The course uses interactive scenarios, relevant case law, and plain language to educate supervisors.

In addition to the information that employees learn, supervisors will learn about the complaint and reporting processes and how to correct harassing behavior. They’ll understand personal and employer responsibility in harassment cases and what must be done if a supervisor is accused of harassment. The course culminates in a 10-question assessment.

California Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Employees

This one-hour training course is designed in compliance with California’s SB 1343 and SB 396. In this self-paced course, your team will learn the essentials of ladder and elevating platform safety, including best practices for choosing an appropriate ladder, inspecting your equipment, and climbing safely. The course culminates in a 10-question final assessment.
